SWIMBLK clinics are intentionally beginner-friendly and designed to help adults build skills and confidence in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

BEFORE YOU Hit the water
A little preparation goes a long way. Here’s what you’ll want to have with you.

Swimsuit: Wear something you feel comfortable moving in.

Towel: You’ll definitely need it after.

Goggles: Highly recommended and helpful while learning.

Swim cap: Optional unless your specific clinic says otherwise.

Come a little early, Give yourself time to check in, change and get comfortable before we start.
