A towel, a swimsuit, and yourself. Goggles are optional but recommended — we'll have some on hand if you don't own a pair.

Perfect — this event was made for you. Our instructors are trained to work with beginners and will guide you through every step at your own pace. No experience or prior swim skills required.

No. All instruction takes place in the shallow end of the pool. You will never be asked to go anywhere you're not comfortable.
